	With great experience in Corona, Norco, Riverside, Chino Hills, Upland, and Rancho Cucamonga real estate as well as intimate local area knowledge, I work extensively to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. I grew up in the Inland Empire and am very familiar with all of the different communities. I have been a full time agent for over 15 years and the last 11 with RE/MAX All Stars. RE/MAX All Stars has been the top producing office for the last decade. Association with a top producing office and agents is a benifit to myself and my clients. I am a member of the Corona-Norco Association of Realtors. Currently I am on the Board of Directors and was the Association President in 2003. I am also President (for 2005) of MRMLS (our MLS service) with 10 regional associations and nearly 22,000 members. Staying involved with our associations keeps me on top of current industry changes and legal issues. This information helps benifit me and my clients. I work equally as a listing agent and a buyers agent specializing in all types of properties. I work with first time buyers and am familiar with City programs that can benefit them. I list and sell estate homes, horse properties, and land for developers. I work with several large corporate relocation personal departments.
